In Recent months, it has become necessary to set forth specific terms and conditions regarding the services provided by AllStar Inspection Services Inc. Those specific terms are outlined here, and by booking your appointment with us, you indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions.
- When you book our services, you agree to give us access to the property being inspected by some means, such as an adult being present during the inspection, or a key available for us to gain access to the property. If we show up for the appointment, and we cannot get access to the property, you will be charged for the inspection and must reschedule the appointment. When we return for the new appointment, you will be charged our follow-up inspection fee. In other words, if the contract amount is $385.00, and we cannot get access to the property, you must still pay the $385.00. Then, when we return for the inspection after you reschedule, you will be charged and additional $150.00 for our follow-up visit.
- All services require payment at the time of service. No report will be released until payment is made in full. When you pay for a service with a check that is returned to us, you will then be liable for a returned check fee in the amount of $25.00. The check amount and NSF fee must be paid for with either cash, or a credit/debit card. If you fail to pay the amount in full after 30 days, we will turn the check over to the county prosecutor.
- Any fees that remain unpaid to us, for which we are rightfully owed, will be reported to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account and we will turn the invoices over to a collection agency for collection except for bad checks, which are turned over to the county prosecutor.
