Our primary market is anywhere within 50 miles of Moreno Valley, California. HOWEVER, we can and will travel further – it simply takes us longer to get there and costs more, so we will typically add a surcharge.
John has more than 12 years experience as a home inspector. He began working in the business in Baltimore, Maryland in 2008. He has since relocated to Southern California and works there now.
He follows InterNACHI standards of practice and the code of ethics, and is Certified Professional Inspector.
